Danielle Armstrong’s Herbalife Journey

Since giving birth to her first child, Danielle Armstrong has been working hard to increase her fitness levels and is known for encouraging her followers on her social media platforms to lead a healthier lifestyle.


Danielle decided to join Herbalife Nutrition after seeing a couple of photographs of her sitting around a pool whilst on holiday. She followed two 21-day challenges and stuck to a nutrition plan.


She began her first challenge on 6 July and has run a series of ‘Operation Transformation 21 Day Challenges’ since that time with the Herbalife team. She regularly posts her transformation photographs and mentioned after the first challenge, “Just by sticking to a simple nutrition plan and doing 30 minute workouts 3 times a week, I've been able to lose inches all over my body”. Danielle posted a snap of her results after the two challenges and her transformation is amazing.


Danielle is now so into her health and fitness that she's got a dedicated social media account where she details her own and other women's fitness journey.
