Herbalife Nutrition guarantees the quality and freshness of its Herbalife nutrition and personal care products.

In the event you are not completely satisfied with a Herbalife product purchased directly from me, you may return the unopened product in the original container to Herbalife within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Refund may be obtained by following the instructions available at You are responsible for the shipping costs of any items you return. This guarantee will not affect you statutory rights as a consumer.

The money back guarantee does not cover International Business Packs or accessories such as shakers, spoons and water bottles.




Orders are dispatched via DPD courier or Royal Mail. You will receive an email receipt from the payment provider confirming that payment has been made. We will notify you when your order has shipped. Please contact us via the email if your products do not arrive within 3-4 working days of receiving your confirmation email.

Please note 1-3 days to arrive is often achieved but not guaranteed under the current global circumstances or due to other factors beyond our control. Orders placed on holidays, weekends or during the beginning and end of the month can be delayed on rare occasions.

If a package is not delivered it will be returned to Herbalife and additional shipping and handling fees will apply to re-ship package once again.
